Unfortunately, I AM GIRL STEPHANIE does not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges on any of our products. However, in some instances, we will consider it with a store credit only without any expiration. If your return is approved, our policy lasts up to 14 days. Meaning items should be sent back within 14 days upon the arrival. After 14 days we can no longer accept
Instances where returns are accepted:
- Received damaged or defective item
To be eligible for a return, you are ensuring the item received was a damaged or defective item. If this occurs, please contact us with a clear photo of the defective item and/or a brief explanation immediately. Please be sure to contact us within three days upon arrival so that we can resolve this issue at hello@iamgirlstephanie.com.
Please note all earrings are handmade and can vary however, we do our best at handcrafting each piece with high quality materials and ensuring product has little to no imperfections.
All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and invoice must be included for your return to be completed.
I AM GIRL STEPHANIE reserves the right to deny unreasonable returns at any time, and policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
Store credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then store credit will be issued and can be used at any time.
Shipping
Returned shipping costs are customers’ responsibility and must be shipped back within 14 days of arrival. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If the time has expired, your returns will no longer be considered for approval.
